Balance


Between these,
This,

and this,

I am feeling overwhelmed and so out of sorts. How do I find balance? Usually running is my outlet, and it helps, but the past week I have felt sluggish and generally tired after. How do I get my mojo back?
Feeling overwhelmed trying to be a good Mom, keep the house show ready, and train like I want to. Something has to give, any advice? I am hoping a least a few people read this and have some great solutions for me.

    and I totally understand! between 2 kids, running a full time business with 2 employees and then running...life gets PRETTY overwhelming.....I think you just have to ride the wave. I have found there is no secret but just to ride it out an know your mojo will come back. it's natural to go through phases like this......hang in there!!! xxx

  2. going running with someone else so that it is a social time as well was always helpful to me when i'd be in a running funk! or how about buying a fun new running outfit??

    that new house looks MASSIVE!

  4. Where are you moving?? Balance is tough usually but gee, this is a lot. Hoping to meet you on Monday. Not "Racing" but running the marathon for fun. I explained it in my vlog tonight. :)
